Investors Network Profile (INP) Dashboard

How can I determine the status of my Investment?

You can determine the status of your investment from your Portfolio Dashboard. Your Portfolio Dashboard table will show any of the following status:

  • Closing- you can view this status when a particular deal is on the brink of being finalized. At this stage, your investment is almost complete and there are no pending actions that need to be fulfilled. However, a closing status means that the investment is not finalized yet.

  • Live- this is usually the second phase of an investment and therefore a live status indicates that the deal has already been finalized and the investment is live.

  • Realized- a Realized status indicates that a fund has made its exit from an investment and it has realized all its distributions entirely. Since the exit/ shutdown requires a few months, you may see that the status is marked ‘live’ even after a fund has already been liquidated

How can I determine whether my investment is complete?

To start with your investment you need to transfer some money to the fund. You can find the list of all your deposits and withdrawals from your funding account on the funding accounts page.

When you transfer some money, that is labeled as a deposit. When we transfer the money to an investment, it is labeled as the investment amount. After we have invested your money in an investment, you will be notified of the same.

Once you have successfully closed into an investment, it will require some days or weeks to officially close the investment. You can see the status of your investment on your Investor Network Profile Dashboard. For instance, the investments that you have funded but that are not officially closed, will be marked as ‘Closing’. In other cases, you will see a ‘Live’ status alongside those investments that have officially been closed.

How can I see the valuations of my Investments?

Sponsors and Leads can have access to the valuation data of the investments on an Investor by Investor basis. If you are an investor who is seeking to analyze the value of your investments, you can reach out to your Lead for more information on this.

How can I see Investments of the fund where I have invested?

You can see the details of specific investments within a fund if they are available privately to you by default. However, a fund Lead can enable the visibility of specific investments for individual Investors. If you want to avail of this facility, you can reach out to your fund sponsor.

When you have access to view individual investments you can click on that particular fund in your INP Dashboard. There you can access the details of the fund and the assets that you have invested in.

How to calculate IRR for investments?

IRR or Internal Rate of Return calculates how much your Portfolio has gained since you have invested in it. Lilypads’ IRR calculation metrics take into account those investments that are made at least 90 days ago.

How to calculate multiple?

Your multiple, which is also known as Total Value Divided By Paid-in Capital (TVPI) represents the present worth of your Portfolio as compared to how much you have invested in it over a certain period. To calculate multiple you need to divide the present worth of your investments by the amount that you initially invested in it. For instance, if you invested $200000 and your investments are worth $250,000 now then your multiple would be 1.25. (250000/200000)

How to estimate the net value of my investments?

The valuation data of your investments are essentially private by default. However, the Leads of funds or the Sponsors can enable access to the valuation data of your investments on an investor by investor basis. Hence you can reach out to your Lead to turn this facility on for you.

The Investors who have made at least 10 investments on the Lilypads platform, can access the net value of their Portfolio of investments in total.

Where can I find the details of my past investments?

Every detail of your past investments can be found in the table at the bottom of your Investor Network Profile Dashboard. If you want to find details about a particular investment, you need to click on that investment which will open a new page where you can find the details about that investment and all related documents.

You can find the details of your committed investments on the Commitments page within the ‘Deals’ section.

Where can I find the documents related to my investments?

You can find the details of all your past investments at the bottom of your Investor Network Profile (INP) Dashboard page. When you click on an investment you can access all its details and find all the related documents on that page itself.
