LP Investors

Limited Partner(LP) Investors are generally passive investors in equity investments. As a result, these investors face limited risks and lower returns from the potential profits of an investment than the sponsor or the general partner who is essentially the managing partner of an investment.

LP investors are partial owners of a real estate project whose accountability for the project’s debt is equal to the amount of their individual investment in the project. LP investors are also frequently termed as silent partners.
