Private market real estate investing is referred to as the world of non-traded real estate investments. This are illiquid by definition meaning illiquid assets such as real estates, fine-arts and collectibles. They are normally categorized by investment in some distinct possessions. Private market real estate investments are in contrast to publicly dealt REITs because REITs are liquid and are inclined towards public equity markets.
